All materials produced by StratDev, LLC during the provision of services will be the property of the client upon final payment. StratDev, LLC reserves the right to use any work for promotional purposes.

Both parties agree to keep any confidential information obtained during the provision of services private and secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

StratDev, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due and payable, and each party waives their right to a refund.

9. Amendments to Terms

StratDev, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
